Homeschool Curriculum Architect, a product of Blu Bee LLC
By purchasing or accessing Homeschool Curriculum Architect (including the Compass planning system, the Setup Guide, the Method Guide, and all related source files, templates, and bonus materials, collectively "the Product"), you ("you" or "the Buyer") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not complete your purchase.
The Product is a one-time-purchase digital planning system: a set of downloadable files, guides, and a portable AI project that helps you build your own homeschool curriculum using your own state's standards, your own resources, and your own students' information.
The Product is not:
You supply the inputs (your state, your resources, your students' details) through a structured intake. The Product provides the method, the templates, and the AI project that turns your inputs into a plan. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the output, including compliance with your state's homeschool regulations, accuracy of any standards references, and suitability for your family, before relying on it.
The Product is delivered as an instant digital download immediately after your payment is confirmed. Your copy of the files is personalized (stamped with your name/email and order number) for license-tracking purposes; see Section 4.
You will also receive an order confirmation by email. If you don't receive it within a reasonable time, check your spam folder and then contact us at the email address in Section 9 before purchasing again.
Because delivery is instant and automatic, please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by a mistyped email address, but we will help you recover access if this happens.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your purchase is complete, for any reason, including but not limited to a change of mind, purchasing the wrong grade-band version, or not using the Product after purchase.
This is because the Product is an immediately-delivered digital download. Once it's in your hands, it can't be "returned" the way a physical product can. If something is genuinely wrong on our end (for example, a corrupted file or a failed download link), contact us at the email in Section 9 and we'll make it right by re-sending or repairing your access. This does not entitle you to a refund; it entitles you to a working copy of what you paid for.

When you purchase the Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own household's homeschool planning.

Each copy of the Product you receive is digitally personalized to your order. Sharing or redistributing your copy is a violation of this license and may result in the loss of your access to future updates and support.
The Product, including all text, design, the Compass system and its underlying method, templates, and guides, is the intellectual property of Blu Bee LLC and is protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a license to use it as described in Section 4; it does not transfer ownership or any intellectual property rights to you.
Running the Compass system requires you to have your own account with a third-party AI tool (such as Claude or ChatGPT). Blu Bee LLC is not affiliated with, and does not control, these third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and pricing, which are separate from and not included in your purchase of the Product. We are not responsible for changes those services make to their pricing, features, or availability.
AI-generated output is a starting point, not a guarantee. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated planning output for accuracy, appropriateness for your family, and compliance with your state's requirements before relying on it.
Nothing in the Product constitutes legal, educational-compliance, or professional advice. Homeschool laws and reporting requirements vary by state and change over time. You are solely responsible for confirming your own state's current homeschool requirements. The Product is designed to guide and support that process, not to replace it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blu Bee LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of the Product is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to any homeschool compliance issue, lost time, or dissatisfaction with your planning outcomes.
The Product is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time as the Product or our policies change. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, as Blu Bee LLC is an Illinois limited liability company.
